MotoMind Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Global Dominance ("MotoMind", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data when you use MotoMind on the web at motomind.app and through our mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • the MotoMind iOS and Android applications;
  • motomind.app and related web pages;
  • communications with our support and legal teams.

2. Data We Collect

A. Account and identity data

  • email address;
  • authentication metadata from Sign in with Apple, Google, and email authentication;
  • account profile fields you provide (for example, display name).

B. Bike and ownership data

  • VIN and normalized VIN;
  • make, model, model year, engine type, displacement, bike nickname;
  • ownership and transfer history recorded in MotoMind.

C. Maintenance and usage data

  • maintenance schedules, task completion logs, parts and fluids used, notes, labor hours, and service costs;
  • custom modifications and service history records;
  • calendar sync preferences and reminder settings.

D. Uploaded files and media

  • images, PDFs, and files you upload for service history import;
  • extracted text from OCR processing;
  • parsed maintenance output and import audit records.

E. Device and operational data

  • app diagnostics, crash information, and operational logs required to secure and maintain service reliability.

3. How We Collect Data

We collect data:

  • directly from you when you enter data, upload files, or edit your account;
  • automatically from your use of the app (for example, sync status and diagnostics);
  • from integrated providers (for example, Apple/Google authentication and VIN/recall data sources).

4. Why We Process Data

We process data for the following business and legal purposes:

  • account creation, authentication, and account security;
  • maintaining bike-specific records and service history continuity;
  • providing maintenance reminders, schedules, and calendar sync functionality;
  • parsing uploaded service documents and improving import quality;
  • providing VIN-reference outputs and bike reference information;
  • fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement of our terms;
  • customer support and product operations.

5. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where required by law, we rely on one or more of:

  • performance of a contract (providing MotoMind services you request);
  • legitimate interests (security, reliability, abuse prevention, product operations);
  • consent (for permissions such as notifications, calendar access, camera/photos);
  • legal obligation (compliance, lawful requests, records obligations).

6. Third-Party Services and Disclosures

We disclose data only as needed to operate MotoMind, including:

  • Supabase (backend database, auth, storage, edge functions);
  • Apple and Google (authentication, push, platform services);
  • AI/OCR processing providers for maintenance-document parsing;
  • VIN/vehicle-reference data providers.

We may also disclose data:

  • to comply with legal process or enforceable governmental requests;
  • to enforce legal rights, prevent abuse, or protect users and the public;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your personal data for money. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. User-Generated Content and Service Records

MotoMind stores user-submitted service records, including uploaded evidence files, so maintenance history can persist with a bike over time and across ownership transfer events within MotoMind.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded records are lawful and that you have rights to upload them.

8. Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed to provide services, maintain continuity of records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data category, legal requirement, and account status.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls and authenticated storage policies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. U.S. State and International Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or delete your personal data;
  • request data export;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
